Let talk about a team which has good skills,knowledge and hardworking nature.It has a some different quality of not obeying team leader opinion besides all good skills.So how to move them in that way of listening?Is this quality good or bed.I dont want waste my time to find out because I need a better team that can face every challange to win.
So trying to remove unobeying quality lets find out that how could be add it with other team qualities which results as a more profitable and more power to stand in market for a long time.As I assume some tips may be as like following-
The leader should search out why this has happen among the team.Is it a result of-
a.His nature of orderliness besides to lead team.
b.The task which has to be done is really resulting in the favour of the team.
c.There is sufficient money,manpower,material,machine,labour it requires.
d.The team decision is right and his{team leader}'s not.
